Selection exams

The selection is based on the candidate CV, reference letters and scientific work provided (undergraduate curriculum, thesis, publications), and usually on both a written test and an interview.

The written test comprises physics problems and/or a short dissertation, to be chosen randomly among several possibilities. The text is provided in english in case some foreign students do apply.

The interview can be in english and focuses on the undergraduate curriculum, previous experience, attitude and interest to perform research.
